Since our products are fully digital and delivered instantly upon enrollment, we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy to maintain fairness and clarity for all our users.

1. Digital Product Delivery

All our courses and learning materials are delivered online via your Qukut LMS account. There are no physical goods shipped or delivered. Once a course is purchased, access is granted immediately and you can start learning at your convenience.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on course purchases only under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 30 days of the date of purchase, AND
  • You have not completed more than 5% of the course content.

This policy ensures that learners have a reasonable window to evaluate the course while also protecting the integrity of our digital content.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

A refund will not be issued if:

  • More than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase
  • You have completed more than 5% of the course
  • The refund request is made without a valid reason or after extensive use of course materials
  • You have violated our Terms of Use or attempted to misuse the refund system

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Full Name
    • Registered Email ID
    • Course Name
    • Date of Purchase
    • Reason for Cancellation

We typically process refund requests within 7 business days. If approved, you’ll be automatically credited on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Cancellations Before Course Access

If you accidentally purchased the wrong course or made a duplicate payment, and have not yet accessed the course, please notify us immediately. In such cases, we may be able to issue a full refund or transfer your access to another course of your choice.

6. Course Subscriptions or Bundles (If Applicable)

If you purchase a course bundle or subscription-based access (to be implemented in the future), the same refund policy applies: 30-day window and less than 5% content usage for eligibility. Specific terms may vary and will be mentioned at the time of such offering.
