These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our online learning platform, including all digital courses, instructor-led programs, and associated services. By accessing or using Qukut LMS, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

To use Qukut LMS, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age or meet the minimum digital consent age in your region.
  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information.
  • Use the platform solely for educational, lawful, and non-commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized.

When you create an account on Qukut LMS:

3. Courses and Access

  • Qukut LMS offers digital courses created and delivered by a team of expert instructors.
  • All courses are hosted online, and no physical materials are delivered.
  • Upon successful purchase, learners are granted lifetime access to the course (unless otherwise specified).
  • You may not download, share, or distribute course content without written permission.

4. Instructor Role and Content Integrity

  • Our instructors are vetted for subject-matter expertise and teaching ability.
  • Content is curated and regularly updated to ensure relevance and high educational value.
  • Qukut LMS is committed to expanding its faculty and course offerings while maintaining strict content quality standards.

5. Pricing, Payment, and Refunds

  • All course fees are listed in INR and are payable at the time of enrollment.
  • We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your card details.
  • Refunds are available only under the following conditions:
    • The request is made within 30 days of purchase, and
    • You have completed no more than 5% of the course content.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials on Qukut LMS — including course videos, notes, assessments, branding, and graphics — are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree:

  • Not to copy, modify, sell, or publicly distribute any course materials.
  • Not to remove copyright notices or watermarks from our content.
  • To use materials only for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

7. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Use the platform responsibly and respectfully.
  • Avoid sharing offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content in forums or discussions.
  • Not engage in academic dishonesty or misuse course materials.
  • Refrain from hacking, reverse-engineering, or disrupting the platform.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

  • You breach these Terms or our academic policies.
  • You engage in fraudulent, unethical, or harmful activities on the platform.
  • You misuse intellectual property or violate our community standards.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Qukut LMS is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive for continuous service, we do not guarantee that:

  • Courses will meet every learner’s individual expectations.
  • The website will be free of technical errors or downtime at all times.
  • External factors (such as internet connectivity) will not impact your learning experience.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qukut LMS is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • Data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized account access.
  • Any reliance placed on course content for professional or academic decisions.

11. Third-Party Links

Courses or pages may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for:

  • The content, security, or privacy practices of these external sites.
  • Any outcome resulting from your use of such third-party resources.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of Qukut LMS after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, India.
